me too, i thought at first the whole image must be reversed but then when i zoomed in i saw the wording on the icons was correct. i've never seen that before. maybe he will share that with us.

google has failed me can't find the reverse taskbar hack. however i did notice to make it look right you will need to turn off your system clock.
