None of them. You want this:

  • Core i7 Mobile CPU
  • 8GB DDR3 1066MHz+
  • Forget the GPU - laptops are not for games, get a basic dedicated card like an ATI Mobility Radeon 4670.
  • 2 HDD's in RAID, must be 7200RPM
In other words build yourself a good laptop like this or find one with the least crapware preinstalled from the above specs.

You can either find and fit the parts yourself or as I said look for a decent model. There should be some available.

17" are not portable. Look for a 15.6" Full HD model - should be less than 3kg with adaptor, possibly.

try for either a 13" or a 15", then just plug into a display when needed.
Heck, depending on what you need you could probably use a netbook with A Nvidia Ion chipset or a ULV Intel processor with dedicated graphics, then have an office set up with the necessary accessories.
just something to consider
Example:
Asus Eee with Ion: $484
2x2GB (4gb) ram kit: $90 (the specs say that this netbook can support 4gb)
Seagate 500gb 7200rpm 2.5 inch (I THINK that's what is inside the Asus): $108
slim lightscribe BD/DVD drive: $126
HP 20" display: $142
Logiteech wireless mouse/keyboard: $38
total: $988 (ish)
