Commercials playing in the background: WTF?

Ok, I am pissed at my computer its playing all these commercials in the background and nowhere to be found for me to close it or shut it off. I keep rebooting my laptop to take it off or turning off my speakers. What the hell is going on? what can I do to get rid of this? Please before I punch my screen on my laptop.

download malewarebytes and fully upgrade it..do full scan your computer sounds like maleware to me

I added NoScript and AdBlock add ons to my laptop, and restarted it. Hopefully it won't do it again. I'll check out the Malware download. Thanks again guys.
