I did not get that wallpaper from you site dude. I got it from a blogspot. And i did not delete your signature. It was like that when i download it.

You got his source, and if you post something on a site with a download function and nothing that says it may not be used without crediting you it's bound to end up all over the web, I'm not saying it's right or justified but you might want to make sure you are accusing the right person before demanding action.
Everybody here is very helpful, so if you had explained that that was yours and had been altered you would have gotten plenty of help to satisfy you, That is how we are here.
Anyway all I'm saying is there was probably a better way to go about it.

While your moaning about others, I'm just wondering did you get permission to reproduce and disribute the images from Avatar that you have used for your wallpapers?


Also I note that you have used the windows logo in some of your wallpapers and this is in breach of Microsofts usage rights.

Any of my images is in copyright some are simply retouch. And the principle is to quote the source it is all which imports me...

You might want to consider putting a common creative license on the things you have uploaded on DeviantART. That will protect you against it being stolen, and if it's stolen anyway, you can force to take it down since there's copyright on it

Just my 2 cents, i know how it is, i've had my work stolen before (all though what happened here wasnt stealing, more like a missunderstanding)

Also if you used logo's or anything from copyrighted companies etc. then please credit them as well.

Sorry I hope you don't think this is a double post as I have already posted this on a different thread ....but I would just like to state my position on this issue, I strongly agree with Sergio, Derek and SGT Odball ...

All artwork that "I personally" submit is free to use/change in any way that the user sees fit, be that for other projects, personal use or just general artwork and you do not require my permission nor need to quote where you obtained it from. (I just like drawing and like to share)
If there are any corporate logos, designs incorporated into my artwork or any other similarities to anybody else's artwork then you will need to get their permission to use these, but I would like to add that my artwork is not "copy written, trade marked or registered in any way" and is totally "FREE" to use ... and always will be

P.S There's a reason most of us post on public forums/websites (we like to be recognised as contributors towards majority communities ) if you don't like sharing don't post - or at least stick a daft digital signature on it (which most good artists could remove if they wanted to anyway)

I strongly agree on this. I have no idea why the user "EgFox" accused me of something i didn't do. I just wanted to share some nice wallpapers.
