If by mojo, they hope to regain the users who no longer use Internet Explorer, then it's highly unlikely. No mojo restoration for MS.

IE 9 would have to be a particularly spectacular browser to entice the majority of non-IE users back.

As good as a browser it may end up being, I doubt it's going to be enough.

I don't really feel that Microsoft has every really had much mojo when it comes to Internet technologies. They typically always end up late to the Intenret party.

microsoft got lucky with win 7. i doubt they will be that lucky with ie9. when ie8 came out i expected microsoft to finally catch up with the rest, they did not. for mircosoft to pull out a win with ie9 they will have to have multiple eye poping show stoppers. with there tracki record i do not see that happening.

Microsoft do some things very well -- Windows 7 But browsers they do very badly - I would not use IE even if you paid me to Lol.

I think IE should be positioned as a system tool and MS should develop a new "consumer" browser. Dont know if they could sell it to the public though. IE is too much a balance act gone wrong.

It has been, but it's a rough beta. No user interface, just File, Edit, etc, and a dialog box for navigating sites.
