If the game is 16 bit you can't play it at all on W7 64 bit unfortunately.
If it is 32 bit you can run it (I would recomend in compatibility mode for Windows 95), it may however not display as you may expect it to due to various factors.

If you are running Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate you can use Windows XP Mode (available for free) from Microsoft. This lets you run Windows XP 32 bit as a virtual machine and install Windows XP only (or in your case 16 bit) applications which are not compatible with Windows 7. If you have Pro or Ultimate you can download it from Download Windows XP Mode.

If you do not have Pro or Ultimate but have an old copy of XP/2000/ME/98/95 lying around which is not currently installed on any machines, you could install Virtual Box and run an older 32 bit version of Windows in VB and install your 16 bit app in that.
Virtual Box can be downloaded from Downloads - VirtualBox.

(Most of this relies on your machine being capable of virtualization but as long as it has an intel processor I think you should be fine)

Thanks, you're very welcome Samael. :)

Just to let you know how you mark threads as solved on this forum as well as the uses of the other buttons.

To the top right of this post you will see 3 icons. An orange (+), a set of scales and a red and white warning triangle.

The orange (+) or blue (-) denotes whether a user is on or offline (orange = on, blue = off)

The scales are used to give rep points; click this button if someone has helped you significantly or solved your queries (only give this to posts that you think really deserve it).

The red and white warning triangle is used to denote either an abusive post OR to mark a thread as solved (just put solved in the box that comes up and the admins or moderators will mark it solved).

I'll mark it solved for you this time.
