Need Help With ntoskrnl.exe BSODs!

Hi folks,

Within the past month, I've been getting BSOD that reference to ntoskrnl.exe. It happens when I do anything using video, ie., watching DVDs, playing BFBC2, or even online flash games.

I bought this machine about 2 months ago and installed windows 7 onto it myself and it was running fine up until about a month ago. All drivers are up to date.
Today, I tried reinstalling Windows and updating drivers but the problem did not get alleviated.

Some basic specs on my machine:
-AMD Quad Core 3.2GHz CPU
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB Graphics Card
-2x 2GB Corsair RAM

I'll attach the minidump for the BSOD since I had reinstalled Windows 7

Any help would be awesome!

This crash was caused by memory management. I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes.

Thanks I'll run MemTest86 right away.

Just off sight, does it look like a hardware problem? or is it too soon to tell?

Errors per Memory Slot: 0:[Number Rising]

Test 8 seems to be on some strange endless loop. The Errors column keeps going from 0 to 32767, reseting and doing it again and again. Also, the Errors per Memory Slot (where I mentioned a Number Rising) does not stop rising.
Anyway, I have no idea what this means.

What is plugged into USB? Headphones using NVIDIA HDMI by any chance?

Hi,

I am actually using a SHARP TV as monitor via HDMI on my graphics card. I don't have headphones using NVIDIA HDMI in the USB (or at all). All that's in my USB is a wireless mouse.

Also I'm not entirely sure which drivers to download for VIA and Realtek.
