The 32 and 64 bit versions of install DVD have different hash codes and are not the same.
What you may be confusing is that either DVD (32 or 64 bit) includes all "versions " of Windows 7 from Starter to Ultimate and a particular version depends on the Product key used when it's installed.

I knew it contains all Windows 7 Version, but when you use a dvd such as Home Premium, you don't get the option to get Professional or Ultimate.

the 32 bit disk will install only 32 bit versions, the 64 bit disk is out there on various sites, as you have a valid product key you can download it, install, and just use your key

I knew it contains all Windows 7 Version, but when you use a dvd such as Home Premium, you don't get the option to get Professional or Ultimate.

to unlock the other versions, you just need to delete ei.cfg from the ISO, i think this tutorial helps: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/42776-extract-files-windows-7-installation-dvd.html

1-So i can use my 32 bit product key for my 64 bit version of Win7 Ult?
2-And deleting the ei.cfg from the iso, does that allow me to install a 64 bit from an oem dvd? I ordered a Home Premium OEM (doesn't say 32 bit or 64 bit) on the release date. (I used that on my mother's desktop)

OEM is tied into the machine for life, if its already installed on your mothers machine then you can't install it on another machine full stop

I know that but not using the same product key as the home premium one. I meant that if i used a Home Premium OEM and unlock the features (deleting the ei.cfg), i can install the Ultimate version. But if i do that, does the OEM allow me to install it as a 64 bit?

it would depend on whether the OEM disk was 64 bit or 32, i assume they come in different flavours as do the retail disks,

another problem you may run into, i dont know as i have never installed an OEM disk, do you have to put the OEM key in? or is it pre activated?

That i do not know. but i do know is that you would have to put in the product key during or after the installation.
But i guess i will just find a way to get the 64 bit os of Win7 Ult from some website or something and use the 32 bit product key from there.

Piracy is for wimps who can't afford it. I have a desktop, just happens that i wan't to upgrade the ram to 6gb from a 3gb. I started playing pc games and open multiple applications. So i tend to upgrade to a 64 bit.
