Looks like bad RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Hello Pancho Welcome to SF !!

I guess it's an issue with Memory so i would recommend to run complete Hardware Diagnostic. Also there is a Bugcheck 0xc0000005 which is most caused by Antivirus / Firewall. I would recommend to uninstall your AVG completely also use the Removal Tool to clean the left over files here is the link AVG Antivirus and Security Software - Tools download

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic
Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

Code:
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002cad6fb, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
Arg4: ffffffffffffffff, Parameter 1 of the exception

Thank You

Thanks you for your quick replies...I just got 7 more new blue screen codes which I have attached in two zip files so a total of 12. I will run the System Integrity Checker and use the AVG remover because right now I have Norton 360 installed. I will also do the memtest86. Does it work for 64 bit systems? So if it is bad ram and since the computer is new, do I have the company I bought the computer from ship me out new ram because it cannot be fixed right? So by all that code its pointing more to my memory chips being faulty. Since I got 7 more new Blue Screen errors are they all memory related too. Shouldn't have installed AVG at the beginning but uninstalled it and installed Norton 360. I will try all methods and get back to you guys. Thanks Capt. Jack Sparrow and Jonathan_King.

Yes, Memtest does work on 64-bit systems, but you need to create a bootable CD first, and boot from it.

If you do indeed have bad RAM, you will want to return the RAM or computer to the manufacturer for replacement.

Thanks Jonathan_King and Capt.Jack Sparrow for you time with my issue. I finally got my parts in yesterday..Gee snail mail. They messed up my order the first time. They gave me a new video card and memory. Swapped both of them out and so far so good no blue screens. Left if running all night scanning which before will pop up the error. But when checked the screen the next day, it was good to see my wallpaper and no blue screen. Thanks for all the help and keeping my fingers crossed. ;D
