changing of wireless mac add(physical add)

Hi,

I tried to change/spoofed my wireless add, but i am unable to, tried to change it in the registry, still cannot, change it from the configuration, still no luck. Tried with those freewares like smac and mac makeup, was still unable. Reason why i would like to change is because my mac is blocked in the firewall, because of excessive bandwidth coming in and out of my machine...AND thanks to "Internet download manager" my mac is blocked. I tried to unblock it, but it denies. So alternative way, is to change my mac. will appreciate for the help alot. Thanks

If it's your router just do a hard reset to remove all the blocked stuff.

Easiest way is a new lan/wifi card. Unfortunately win 7 is not like XP where one can spoof any addy we want.

i understand if its router it will be more easier, but the problem is, i am block by sifoworks firewall, i am unable to take my mac, have to wait for a period of time in order to "wash off". In the mean time, is there anyway? or no way?
