When i upgraded from Vista my Nvidia GeForce 8200M G card wasn't working correctly. I tried using device manager to update the driver and nvidia driver updates. But none of them worked.
But windows update saved the day. I went into windows update and selected optional updates and say my graphics card update. I downloaded it and everything worked.
So i would go into windows update and look through the optional updates.
