Will have to replace the 500GB HDD as it behaves fishy.

What do you mean by 'it behaves fishy'?
Apparently drives don't swim too well.... :sarc: Not sure why.. Lol.

Go for a Seagate Barracuda 500GB rev.12, they're beautiful drives! Fast, reliable, and still one of the cheapest of the good brands on the market... I'll be replacing my old 400GB rev.10 with the new revision soon, then I want to see what these babies do with RAID0.. :D

I'll give a shot to that drive. Thanks.

I am hearing strange sounds coming from the drive. Tested with HD Tune Pro and it looks like it has trouble spinning up. Not too worried though as I have that same data on an external HDD.

HDDs are cheap these days so there's no problem getting a new one.:D

4200 overclocks very nicely.

it's a crime to not overclock it :D

I was having issues. Sometimes my desktop would shut off as it if was unplugged and then auto-restart.

Other times my screen would freeze and some pretty colors would appear over the frozen image as if I was using paint (mostly pinky/green/yellowish colors).

Smarteyeball and I think it was either due to heat or not enough juice being put into the board since I had my CPU clocked from 2.8GHz to 3.5GHz

mine was shutting display off too when clocked to 750MHz. that's why i lovered overclock to 725MHz. and all was fine. no voltage change and only stock heatsink.
and my CPU is not overclocked.

In case anyone couldn't decipher this, this is what it says.

Processor: 7.8
Memory (RAM): 7.9

Gaming Graphics: 7.9

Not bad, though I wouldn't lose any sleep over the 7.8. Not the end of the world.
