Solved How to make all files save standard as unicode?

Well i have a program as i work in ASCII ART STUDIO, when i save the files i have to replace manually all the (special) characters to what they need to be. And as i saw in another language version of windows (like Polish , i have English) all files are standart saved as Unicode/UTF-8 and not ASCII.. can anyone help me set this setting to standart save all files as UTF-8? And >>no<<, you can't choose in the program what encoding it should use.... ;/

eh nope didn't help i did everithing and followed the steps.. uh maybe it's the program.. ;( how to force it saving as unicode?

You are saying that the program ASCII ART STUDIO saves ASCII files on your English machine, but saves UTF8 on a Polish machine.

First make sure you are comparing the same version of the software. Maybe the Polish machine has a newer version installed, which writes UTF8.

Second, try to figure out what makes the program behave differently on the two machines. It may be the system locale or the display language. If none of these make a difference, then you probably should ask the author of that software.

And finally, there is no global setting that instructs all programs to save unicode files. Many programs don't even understand unicode.

so probably it's not the windows but for example if u use the program PAWNO (program for scripting, text editor) on a Polish machine you can save the polish characters and open them corectly on a English machine, i tried to put some polish chars into PAWNO and save them but they became all little 3 2 1's or weird A's
so i thout it's not the software, and i have atm no Polish OS to test ART STUDIO ON and i have the newest version (2.2.1)..
hm.. isn't there any 'virtual converter' to do such actions like
ASCII STUDIO (program sends Save file request) > FILE CONVERTER (this program makes it UNICODE/UTF8) > MY SAVE PLACE FOR THE FILE (The place i selected to save the file, generated by the 'converter')

and by the way.. the program includes special ASCII characters by itself O_O..
