Here is my second 3DS wallpaper I call Zen I hope you all like it. Please give me criticism i want to know what you all think and what I can improve on. I will be hosting two more higher resolution ones on photobucket tomorrow and I will attach a link to it. Again hope you all like this one.

but is it ok if I can give some constructive criticism.

Your High res version seems to have the shadows in the right place (yellow), but your moonlight version differs (red) (this seems to make the pebbles look like they are falling backwards) (see pic)
Also the bottom pebble would look brill if it sort of was semi submerged (green) (shadow below the waterline)

But these are minor things and I personally think it looks great .... keep it up pal

Thanks for the input the hard part is the lighting and it needs tweeked I will take what you said and tweak it a little thanks for the input I need it sometimes other peoples eyes help when you stare at something all day.
