Business support forums - 64Bit Win7 AC97 Audio driver??
Basically you use a Vista 64bit driver and add your device id into the .inf file and then install. Read the second post for step by step fix.
First post also has the fix for you Mass Storage Controller also using Vista 64bit driver without the hack.

I assume you modified the .inf file per the instructions??
Could you post a pic of the .inf file that you used. Maybe a typo and a second pair of eyes might help.
