Best DVD Ripping software?, For TV Show DVD's

I just bought Bones Season 1-3 on DVD and I am wanting to rip them to my Computer and make sure each episode is separate, what would you suggest the best software is to do this?

How do I split the episodes after though?

DVD Fab Platinum . Copying one episode at a time is easy, by ticking/ unticking the bits you want .

Give makemkv a shot. It does exactly what you want it to do. Dead simple, blazing fast. You will not be disappointed.

How are you liking that Handbrake? Is it doing your episodes the way you want it to?

I used handbrake when I had a mac. It was really nice. I wish they would label the episodes for you insted of making it "title X." I never used it on Vista, but I used it when I switched to linux. I erased linux and put it on XP. I hope my little computer story showed what a good program handbrake is

DVD Decrypter for Handbrake?

To those using Handbrake (my favorite), what decrypter are you using with it? I used to use DVD43, but it's not working for me in Win7.

Decrypter? I haven't had to decrypt any DVD's for HandBrake.

Then again, my dad does burn a lot of the blockbuster movies...

Hmmmm....

Well, first off, DVD43 actually is working - apparently the disc I was using earlier was not copyrighted, and I never tried to rip since DVD43 wasn't recognizing.

Anyhow, as far as decryption is concerned, Handbrake handles decryption different based on which OS you are using.

Decryption was never necessary with Handbrake for Mac - it always had a decrypter built-in. Handbrake for Windows, however, did not include a decrypter, and it would refuse to rip, so I had to download DVD43 to unlock the DVD's so Handbrake could access them.

DVD43 is just a little low-memory app that sits in the toolbar on bootup, and when you insert a DVD, it scans the drive and unlocks the copyright and region code restrictions so that any program on your computer can read the disc for any purpose - be that copying, ripping, or playing a foreign disc with a different region code. Once it unlocks the disc, it no longer requires any processing power, and you don't notice it at all, except the green smiley in bottom right (well, not in 7 =).

Also, in the latest version of Handbrake for Mac (0.9.3), the DVD decryption has been removed from the code. It's still available - you just have to use an external DVD decryption source (which the Handbrake site refers you to). So, I am still using 0.9.2.

Which Decrypter works?

I have tried AnyDVD and DVD43 with Windows 7 and both of them lock up my computer as soon as they load. What can I use that won't lock up my system?
