That's a little harsh.

I have a computer which has not BSOD'd on me since last summer. Of course, it's been sitting out in my garage since then...

:roflmao: actually to be fair, I have managed to get mine out of its habit of BSOD'ing itself to death once a week now.

thats better. I can tell you what the problem is.... low temperatures. get core temps and monitor them thoroughly. Or run Mammory Test 86

The only thing we can replace or change are HDD and Memory.

You will need to replace the entire motherboard then. That will take care of the CPU and video card as well.

It will cost you about $300 a week, just so you're not shocked.

Seriously, as a general rule - no. Not the 'select all and clean without checking method anyway'.

But if you A) back up the registry first and B) Are absolutely sure you know what you are deleting, then it's okay to use.
