Pictures in MSN mail

I use at times both Hotmail & MSN mail.

Using hotmail I can use all the pictures that I have.

When I use MSN mail for some reason I CAN NOT get into the pictures.

Any ideas appreciated

Specifically, tell us the steps of what you try to do ( adding a pic to email?), and what happens, any errors you get with MSN (is this Windows Live Mail?). A Guy

On msn.com there is a link to hotmail which takes you to the login page for live.com. They should all be the same thing i.e. Microsoft's web based email. But if you downloaded and installed "Windows Live Mail" that's Microsoft's local email client. The "Live" of the latter means some parts of your service are stored on the web to differentiate it from Windows Mail which is 100% local. But with "Hotmail" it's 100% on the web.

However, I can think of one case where a [email protected] login (because it's very old) will not work for one special-purpose program that does work for a [email protected] login. But that program has nothing to do with email.

I'm used to seeing a lot of older folks who use MSN as their dialup provider, and they access their email though their MSN browser ( a version of IE), or their sign in page. It's a whole other world, lol. A Guy

I looked into this after reading your post. To begin with I have used this service for
at least 6 years and pay $19.95 a year for it, which I had forgotten. I am certain that
I signed up for it because of the advanced mail capabilities with the increased storage.
