Downloaded 7 and can't get sidebar running

I've tried with the regedit but the file wasn't there, nor does it start when I right click on desktop it says "Apllication not found" . Any got a link to download it or something.

Where did you download win 7 from?

Go to %localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar
Rename Settings.ini to settings-old.ini and launch sidebar.

I downloaded it from Demonoid ( Windows 7 Ultimate Lite (Lite because I can't run full) ) , Ive tried going into %localappdata%\microsoft\ but the file " Windows Sidebar" aint there !

There is your problem. Torrents, (or demoid) can have added anything, or removed anything to make it fit on one dvd.

These are not legit Images, and we have no way of knowing what they have done to it. My advice, purchase a retail copy from microsoft.

BTW there is no win 7 ultimate lite that is legit.

Why cant you run the full win 7 ultimate? HD space or Ram?

Well is there any way to get the sidebar ?? Like if you guys could add the file to like media share and PM me ( I won't give out the web I cross my heart ) I really need the sidebar guys please help.
