Does Anybody Know What This Is?

Was'nt sure where to post this could anyone please tell me what this is and is it safe to uninstall or should I just leave it alone. I searched google and became confused as it refered to so many programmes it could be associated with.

If you no longer have it installed you can try to uninstall it. The Uninstall will more than likely fail but you should then get an option to remove it from the list so click Yes/Ok
