Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab> with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
.

After that I have an error:
Event ID: 7011
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the ShellHWDetection service.
Source: Service Control Manager

And before it I had a warning:
Event ID: 3
The configuration of the AdminConnection\TCP protocol in the SQL instance MSSMLBIZ is not valid.
Source: SQLBrowser

What does all this mean?

And what is causing my crashing?

This happens like every time I boot up, but I reboot and then its fine.

TIA

nope, dont think it cause the crash. its just a misconfigured sql server.

The first error has something to do with hardware shell.
ShellHWDetection is for the autoplay function.

Maybe disable the service :) and check if the error persist.

Hello Tia !! Welcome to SF !!

For the CAPI32 Error i have seen few thread where they manually install it from the link mentioned in the Event Viewer i.e. http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab to fix it. You could try it.

Hope this helps,
Captain
