Where is the Onboard Graphics here?
I entered Integrated Prepherals menu when i pressed Del on the restart screen and i see these:
Onboard IDE Controller: Both
OnBoard PCI S-ATA Controller: IDE
USB Controller: Enabled
Legacy USB Support: Enabled
OnBoard AUDIO Function: Enabled
Onboard LAN Function: Enabled
Onboard LAN Boot ROM: Disabled
Serial Port 1 Address: 3F8/IRQ4
Onboard IR: Disabled
Parallel Port Address: 378
Parallel Port Mode: ECP
ECP Mode DMA Channel: DMA3
Parallel Port IRQ: IRQ7

Maybe it is not disabled, that is why Resuming from hibernation is slow.

I looked through the manual for your board but didn't immediately spot a way to disable the onboard graphics. The closest thing I saw was where it let you choose the "First Video Device" and pick from "Onboard" or "PCI Slot".

So, What option you think it's for disabling the onboard graphics?

First off, it's not abundantly clear that the onboard video is what is causing the problem. I'd say that's not a bad guess, but at this point it's still just a guess. Did you look through the other thread?

Second, I scanned your manual and couldn't find anything in the BIOS to directly disable the onboard video. It's a pretty hefty manual, did you see anything in there? For all we know right now, maybe you don't do it in the BIOS. It could be a jumper. It could be downright impossible. I'd recommend you search the manual thoroughly to be sure. I don't mind scrolling through a manual for someone else but I draw the line at having to read the whole doggone thing. ;)

There are lots of reasons why hibernation might be slow. It might be a RAM problem, a USB device taking forever to snap to it, or whatever.

What driver are you using for the ATi card? Does the old video device still show up in Device Manager? If it does, have you tried disabling it? :)

Do you mean the Display Adapters in the Device Manager?
It is ATI Radeon HD 4350/4500 Series

But i think i removed one of the RAMs and kept only 1GB and still the hibernation is slow, but it was quick when i had the original onboard 64 SiS graphics before i buy the ATI 512MB one, so it might be the graphics card causing it?

Have you installed the video driver from ATi?

And take a look at this and see if my RAMs are different, i have reported to my motherboard's manufacturer's official website when the blue screen happened, here is what i wrote to them:
Hello, when i insert two RAMs inside each one is 1GB, with the external VGA ATI, after i turn on the computer, after about 1-2-3 hours i get a blue screen error,

But when i remove a RAM and keep only one inside i don't get Blue screens, can you tell me why is this problem please?

Is the motherboard not capable for 2GB RAMs? or is the processor weak for 2GB RAMs?

And here is their reply:
Dear Amged
Thanks for contacting ECS!

This motherboard can support to 2G memory
Please check your RAMs one by one in order to find out which RAM was broken
Do you use the same RAMs ?
Is there any difference between the RAMs?
Could you tell us more detail about your RAMs ?

Best regards
Technical Support Department

I replied them again:
The old RAM which came with the computer was short in its size, but the new one is taller than it, but both are Kingston and 1GB and here are the details of them:

For the new RAM:
Kingston KVR
9905316-005AD4LF KVR667D2N5/1G
3387491-1184840 1.8V
ASSY IN CHINA (1) CE
Warranty Void if Removed

For the old RAM (short one):
Kingston KVR
99U5429-005A00LF KVR667D2N5/1G
3815129-1218428 1.8V
ASSY IN CHINA (1) CE
Warranty Void if Removed

So, i don't know if they are same or no how can i know, can you tell me please?
Here is a photo of the RAMs:
http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/1997/myrams.jpg

Is there a difference in the slots, like should i put certain RAMs in certain slot?
Thanks.

And another thing please.
In Windows 7 does it become different when i resume windows from hibernation when i put an external graphics card?

Before it was SiS Mirage graphics 64MB (the internal one) When i click Hibernate instead of shut down, and when i turn on the computer again it says " Resuming Windows " and it didn't take long to resume the windows, but after i put the external N8400GS nVIDIA 512MB or the ATI HD 4350 512MB Graphics card, it takes longer time than before on "Resuming Windows" the power supply is: Micro Computer Technology "M C T" Model: P4-450Watt.

Can you tell me more details about why resuming windows from hibernation becomes slower when a extrnal graphics card is inserted?

Thank you very much.

And they replied:
Dear Amged
Thanks for your feedback

About memory issue,

We can't visit the website,Please check it again
http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/1997/myrams.jpg
According to your description, we doubt that there was difference between two memory modules
Can you help to check the chip of memory ? Or please provide the picture of memory chip.

About hibernation slower issue

You should try to uninstall all programs that you don't need, defragment your HDD, use CCleaner to clean Windows, disable services that you don’t need, etc.
If it still too slower, please try to reinstall os and drivers.
