How to add to "right click" menu

Good morning,
I run Windows 7 Home Premium and Emisoft Anti-malware( used to be called A2 )
I want to add this anti spyware programme to the right click menu so that I can scan download files etc.
Can anyone help with an idiots guide please.
I am semi-literate on computers.

It is hard to say how to do it. Its not the problem of adding something to the right click menu, its if the Anti Malware program is actually capable of running a scan just by opening a file with it. Can you tell me what exe files are in the Program files/ <insert Malware programs name here> folder?

"D:\Emisoft Anti-Malware" is the folder name

Open Emsisoft. Click on Configuration on left> General Tab> In Explorer Integration put check mark next to Activate Explorer Integration.
