Motorola SB5101 USB driver for Windows 7

Good day.

I have been looking into the threads of this forum and i found the links to install the drivers for a SB5101 cable modem, i even have the original CD to intall the driver but it seems that the USB drivers that i downloaded and the ones on the CD are not compatable with windows 7, so i need a little help with this.

I know that i can use the ethernet connection in fact im posting this thread with it, problem is that i'm currectly sharing this connection.
