Can I make my theme's images go faster?

I downloaded the Wolves theme from here, Windows 7 themes - Microsoft Windows. I really enjoy theme but my only problem is that the theme stays on the same image for 10mins. Is there any way I can change this so it will go every 45 seconds or something?
