I tried that earlier because when I was using memtest using both memory(1GB\2GB) I was thinking how can check, If the error is coming from 1 or Both of them. So I canceled memtest removed the 2GB and Started my pc again. What happens is it hangs in the BIOS start up screen sometimes it looks for kinda a BIOS update in the cdrom sometimes it doesn't work at all and my computer beeps.
When I removed the 1GB memory and put back the new 2GB memory it went smooth and I decided to run memtest again thats where I got the 7 errors on just the first pass.
Btw what should I do about the ASACPI.sys update ?
I can still use my pc but a while ago it BSOD again it says page nonfault I provided the minidump again just in case you want it since its a different kind of error.
I restarted my pc again so far I'm not getting BSOD at the moment. ^^'
When testing RAM with memtest86+ you need to test for bad RAM and any possible bad motherboard RAM slots.
Follow these steps in the tutorial:

You may have a bad MOBO slot or, need a little adjusting on the RAM settings.
Did you check temperatures during the tests?
Use
Real Temp to check the CPU core temps.
D/L
CPUZ and post the memory and SPD tabs, check the BIOS for the DRAM and QPI voltage.
Have you done any overclocking?
Use the snipping tool and post the picture. Please don't zip and upload the files.

Just for you guys to know what I did specially Zigzag. As I was saying I already removed from what I think a faulty memory stick the 1GB one. I'm using 1 memory stick which is the 2GB one which memtest said has 7 errors, I updated also the ASACPI.sys so far no BSOD at the moment.
Strange few hours ago when I was using both memory sticks, I followed what zigzag said on ASACPI.sys Immediately I installed it after it restarted, I got the BSOD.
Another thing Is should I also update my BIOS cause its not updated, But the Asus gave me a warning before downloading the latest BIOS.
(Please note, BIOS update is only recommended when experiencing technical difficulties with your system, And is not recommended to be performed regularly.

I have few questions here:
1. What should I do with the 2GB mem stick which memtest said has 7 errors ? should I return it to the shop ? all team elite memory has lifetime warranty but I still have shop warranty.

First, the BIOS.
That is very good advise. Updating the BIOS is not to be taken lightly.
I would recommend to take it to a local shop and have them update the BIOS. At least get a knowledgeable friend to help with this.
If anything goes wrong it can brick (make unusable) your computer.
D/L your motherboard manual if you don't have it already.
Also check the Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for compatible RAM, you can get this from the same link.
Check the BIOS version that you have, in BIOS or on the 'Mainboard' tab in CPUZ.
There are a couple of 'memory compatibility' updates listed in the BIOS section. This may help your issue depending on the BIOS version you have now.
Questions

These errors indicate a problem, it will not go away forever, it will come back. This must be taken care of.
Ask the guys at the shop about, updating your BIOS, and testing the RAM for you to see if there are any issues with it.
They should run memtest86+ (or equivalent) on your RAM in a different computer, this will tell them if it's a RAM problem.

Those temps are high.
What were you doing when you got these temps?
High stress at the time would still indicate that you have a cooling issue.
Check that all you fans are running.
Clean everything inside the case.
Are you running a stock CPU cooler?
You may need to consider getting a better one, the less expensive ones do a very good job of cooling, much better than the stock cooler.
Heat can slow down your system and cause BSoDs.
If your overclocking, return everything to optimum defaults until the other issues are sorted out.
OK one of the weirdest thing happened after putting back again the 1GB memory, it worked all fine with no BSOD until now I can even play warcraft again, so weird. ~_~

oops edit I forgot to mention I disabled Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, I feel though it has a connection to the problem since, I have been reading the forums and some of the problems points out to anti virus and anti malware software's.
Your RAM can be faulty and still run without errors some of the time. But, you will likely still get BSoDs.
The anti-virus can cause BSoDs, for trouble shooting, un-install it ant run MSE, as mentioned previously.
