Need a key for a 32 bit W7 Pro install.

Hello.
I have 64 running on my PC now. I know the key is only good for 1 install.
I have a co worker who is running Vista and she wants to update to W7.
Where can I buy a legitimate W7 Pro Key ? Do I have to buy another
CD with a fresh key when I already have the 32 bit CD ready to go ?

When you buy the key, the CD is just about free. You can borrow a CD, etc. You need the key. With that key, you can install on as many computers as you like, but one at a time, unless it has the letters oem in the number/letter configuration.
So go buy the DVD with the key and your friend will be set to go.
You will get two CDs one is 32 the other is 64, change as many times as you like, but only one comptuer at a time.
You can buy the CD and key right from any Microsoft distributer, if you so desire.

This will appear in the Product ID at Computer>Properties if the license is an OEM which is restricted to same hardware.

It is not the same as the Product Key which is hidden from view but which can be audited from HD using Belarc Advisor. Safeguard it like a $100+ bill.
