Offline full UpdatePacks for Windows 7 available for download?

I prefer NOT to have my Windows 7 updated automatically.

Instead I want to use offline update with an offline UpdatePack with collected UpdatePack patches.

Is there somewhere a download page with such an offline updatepack packages?

Ok, but official SP1 will be released in a few months.

What about the intermediate smaller update patches?
Is there a cumulated UpdatePack consisting only of those?
