Speaking of nostalgia:

Mafia ~The City of Lose Heaven~ works on Windows 7 32bit when ran in compatibility mode with either XP or 2k, though the game will constantly crash upon quitting. No savegames and/or settings are lost, but for modern monitors you need to manually change the settings file in install dir to support resolutions such as 1920x1080

Mafia 2, of course, works flawlessly, lol, as well as the newest Worms ~Reloaded~

Homeworld...

...working on my Seven Pro 64bits: I've just finished the Bridge of Sighs...
Start menus flicker but once you're ingame, no problem.

Um, I just saw the first thread post... Although Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven is listed as not working, it actually DOES work and is completely playable. The game crashes ONLY when quitting back to Windows, I haven't experienced ANY other problems

COD4 works perfectly in Windows 7. Please troubleshoot it somewhere else, filling your system specs in your profile prior to that. Then open a new thread and list your problem in detail!

HomeWorld 2

Just finished HomeWorld 1. All OK.
Starting HomeWorld 2: needs tweaking.

1. Disable "Desktop Composition": it makes you switch back and forth between the game and the desktop.
2. 1.0 seems OK, but 1.2 does not run.
3. Look a this page RelicNews Forums - Homeworld 2 1.1 doesn't work on windows 7. to find a solution. What worked for me was to use the :devil: GERMAN nocd :devil:.
4. Use this command line to play on a widescreen: homeworld2.exe -w 1680 -h 1050 (info found on Widescreen Gamer - Home).

Currently playing and enjoying it in 1680x1050...

Thief III ~Deadly Shadows~

None of them, unfortunately, worked for me.

Version 1.1 with Tweaker 1.2.
