Welcome to seven forums. I think you will get more responces if you list your system specs. Thanks. BSOD 0X0000116 on new machine-usercp-1.png

Its more important to note in the blue screens the .sys file and the error eg: IRQ_Not_Less_than_or _equal to"..... The numbers you posted, they only mean something to a MS programmer...since it is only 3 days old, what did you install last before it messed up or did it do this from the get go???...System Restore may be an option....need more info

The "number" (stop code) is the numerical representation of the "error" you're referring to, and they're documented together in a variety of places.

    In this instance: 0x116 = VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

@tanujchadha: you may find use for some of this info-

    My system specs

    Model #: Samsung R517
    Processor: Intel T4200 Dual Core
    Memory: 2 GB DDR2
    Graphics: Intel 4500
    HDD: 250 GB SATA

The error message for the video came first when I was trying to play mahajong. And the BSOD came when I was trying to click a photograph using the webcam.

I would go to Samsungs website/support and look at the FAQS and a video driver update.

I wish i could try that but the Samsung website is of no help and the drivers listed there are only for windows vista 32bit / 64bit. I have tried to update the video drivers through windows update and till now it seems to be working fine, but need to test some 3D games and check. Would keep you all updated.

You may use the Vista drivers, but install them in Vista Compatibility mode...
