Post a crash dump here if you have had any of them and I can look at your other drivers:

There is no dumpfile as it does not bluescreen, only flashes black and gives the offending message
I think I found them, give me a sec
Amongst many possible causes, could also mean it's a failed card itself.
There have been people that RMAed the card with this and done nothing else. Put in a replacement, installed latest driver as always, and issue fixed.
If the card is out of RMA, you could try to replace the capacitors on the card if you're good at soldering. Get low esr type to replace, with same ratings as originals.
The card is was purchased in last August, I just dont like the idea of waiting for tmy card to come back to me :-(
Either uninstall the utilities that installed these drivers or update the utility and/or drivers themselves. Point is, get these versions off the system or get them updated to newest possible:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
RTCore64 RTCore64.sys Wed May 25 02:39:12 2005
Uninstall GPU-Z completely, for now at least.
Ok will give it a go now. Thanks mate
*fyi: GPU-Z has been installed after the problems occured
Alright, all cleared, let's see how it goes
