did you try these drivers ? also with it being an old system you are trying to install on you may have to use compatibility mode Compatibility Modetry these drivers ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- if you can tell us the name of the graphics adaptor it would help us alot moreor even the motherboard it maybe you have integrated graphics

how do i use compability mode and use wat drivers??? sorry for botherin and i appreciate ur help :)
ok thx i got how 2 do it in compability i was jsut readin quickly and didnt notice i knew watit mean.. ok i know how 2 do that but which driver should i iinstall?
in the post i made about compatibility mode if you click on the blue "compatibility mode" it will take you to a tutorial page that will explain it .
the link i gave to the driver if you click on the link it will take you to that page , download the driver, extract to somewhere convenient for you then run the setup.exe file in compat mode
ok last question my grandfather had gave me this video card and he told me its 7600gs but what if he's wrong. is there anyway 2 find out wat it is?i dont have the box,cd, nothing..
