Can you be a little more specific, do you have a driver and it wont install or you can't find a driver?
If you have one, try installing in Compatibility Mode
Is there a tv card listed in device manager?
I can't seem to find much info on the name you provided, do any of these look like your product?

OK, lets try this, right click on the driver you have and select "Troubleshoot Compatibility", see if that helps.
