Device Manager Yellow "!" Messages ?

Hello,

Looking at Device Manager, I have the following two items with that yellow "!" mark.
Might anyone tell me how significant these are, and what they exactly pertain to ?
How do I correct ? Should I bother ?

a. Driver: Virtual WiFi Miniport Driver

b. Toredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface (MS Network Adapter)

BTW: My internet and wifi seems to work fine.

If your internet works fine, then it isn't a big deal. It only becomes a big deal if you experience instability. Double click on each device with the yellow icon and post a screenshot with the snipping tool.
