If I knew what that was, I could probably help you.

I think you labeled the name with a typo because I'm unable to find any information on it at all. So fix that and we can see.

Otherwise, you can try installing and running the software in compatibility mode for Vista.

Alright. Try installing this using compatibility mode.

After, whether it installs well or not, look in the device manager to see if it has errors or is running well.

If it's in the device manager but the software will not work - then I can ask this - What does the software do? Does it just let you edit the sound files and hear them?

We could probably use any other app for that if that's all it does.
What file format does it record to?

Alright, but does it show up in the device manager at all? If so, does it have errors or not?

    RJ -
Would you please send the download link to me also? I too am running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64bit) & my computer is not recognizing it. After doing a little research, I found that Sony-Asia has a more current download (v3.3). Each time I try to download it, I get an error message stating:

Our servers are currently undergoing maintenance, please kindly try again later.

I've tried the download at different times on different days with no luck. I don't claim to know a thing about maintaining servers, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't take days...especially with Sony! =)

    Thanks for your help!

    Sony now has drivers

After a long time spent with online chat with no luck (not compatable) I was directed to 239-768-7547 Sony Support. Very helpfull. The origional update did not (downloaded on 2/10/2010) work. Reran the install off web and loaded perfect run and works great. I think that the old download did not contain the drivers to let Windows7 recognize the recorder. I hope this helps.:):)
