To get to the point to choose the user name you must have had to add USB 3 drivers to the installation disk. Didn't you?
The problem is that the programs that does it only add the USB 3 drivers to the installation wizard but doesn't to the installed windows.

I see that your MB has USB 2.0 at the back. Did you tried to attach the keyboard and mouse to them?

    Thanks for the reply

Yes connected mouse and Keyboard to USB2 port also tried alternate ports
    nothing worked

what i can understand that during the installation steps

    Copying files
    expanding files
    installing features
installing updates <<<< till this step everything works fine
completing installation <<<at this step ( num lock) light goes off and mouse not working

after this system reboot and ask to "choose user name" both keyboard and mouse not working so i cannot finish the installation

    basically USB driver issue

i also tried attaching other USB2 keyboard's (3 different USB2 keyboard to USB2 ports available)

    Please help.

    Thanks

You didn't answer my question: Did you use a program to add USB 3.0 drivers to the installation disk?
