    Hello Ciara.

I remember us discussing the 'wrong' name issue a while back; well done.

    Hi

Yes I remember, well I read quite a bit about installing Windows 7 and I unplugged my external HD decided to remove my GPU and one RAM stick (1=2GB) and my install went very smooth (used full format) and 64-bit is running fine with no problems. Downloaded CCC 64-bit ver to desktop and installed, plugged everything back in and Windows runs perfect

Remember to enable hardware drive auto-updating, then check optional Windows Updates for newer drivers: Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware

Other tips for clean reinstalling + setup: re-install windows 7
