    usb install

hi folks! i have just been reading about the ability of 7 to install from a usb device using the free prog. 'windows 7-usb-dvd-tool' courtesy of messrs. microsoft. my question is; can i use this method for loading 7 on to a notebook with my own copy, provided that the recipient has a new licence number with his own copy for the purposes of registration? or, are all disks different? necessitating a new usb copy for each installation.
    thanks in advance

Hello Bazzer, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can use the Windows 7 installation USB key drive to install that edition of Windows 7 on any computer that supports booting from a USB key. You will just need to have a different product key number for that edition per computer to activate Windows 7 with. That's all.

    Hope this helps,
