I`m really thinking you have a bad disk.
1)Physically disconnect/ unplug/ Remove from install in some form the HDD 1:WDC WD500AA, in your screenshot 7.
2) Make sure the DVD/CD Drive is first boot. (If needed)
3) Clean the HD Drive, using Step one in this tutorial: (you can use the CLEAN or CLEAN ALL commond)
Click here to read the tutorial SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
When the HD Drive has 100% Unallocated Space you can Reboot PC with Windows 64 bit DVD.
4) Follow this tutorial to install Windows.
How to install Windows 64 bit on a uEFI BIOS:
Click here to read the tutorial UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with
5)When Windows 64 bit is installed & booting OK, add the Data HD Drive.

UEFI isn't in boot override, or in any 3 boot options.
Aha, realised I needed the cd in to boot in UEFI, now it is giving me the option :)
:@, still getting the error, I didnt format the drive.
Confirm that you've disconnected one HD and wiped the remaining one.
Both HD's are in and I formatted and deleted using the Custom (Advanced).
I can't format with clean/clean all as I have no OS now
You can run Diskpart Clean command from Win7 DVD Command Line: DISKPART At PC Startup
Why have you not disconnected or disabed one HD after the step has been given a dozen times now?
Since you had SATA controller still set to RAID in BIOS, how did you unRAID when you did that?
You can get to Diskpart using a Windows install disk--hit Shift F10 at the screen where you are asked to choose a language. That takes you to a command prompt; then run Diskpart there.
Clean all now running, I don't even know what to take apart (what the Hard Drive is).
