Win 7 boot problem

To clear things up gregrockers first suggestion was to see if you could copy your personal data from E:, F:, and G: using the method here Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console to your new backup drive after you loaded your driver, although I see your backup drive is not listed but I assume it wasn't connected or not partitioned and formatted.

If that is what you tried and you could see E: but could not open it, then that would mean

Correct, the drive E: is visible but I cannot open it.
Additional information: when I load the HDD driver, I got an error message:"The file or directory E:\boot\bcd is damaged or unreadable. Run CHKDSK. Idem for \sources,
I didn't connected the backup drive as I have no access to this E: drive.
I tried to make a bootable USB key with Rescue Kit 11 but it didn't work so I will burn a CD tonight to try Rescue Kit 11.

If this fails use Paragon rescue disk; recover data

Anyway hopefully Rescue Disk will work for you and once your personal data is safe then we can look at the MFT or bite the bullet and reformat.

First it Shows "Operating System Not Found" when i Turn On my laptop ,then I restart by ctrl+alt+del.. and everything goes fine...

That is whenever i shutdown my lap and then switching it on it boots slowly and shows "Operating System Not Found" ,But when i restart ,everything goes fine..

What is the problem?

Paragon Rescue Kit didn't help :-(
I can see the WinRE partition and the old D: partition in File Transfer Wizard but not the old C: partition.

See if the manufacturer's Extended HD Diagnostics/Repair CD scan can salvage the HD.

Boot to run Extended scan, report back results.

You may need to run it more than once if it finds multiple problems.

Follow this with Disk Check from Win7 DVD or Repair CD Recovery Command Line.

If neither of these will repair the HD or file system after repeat attempts then it is dead.

When I boot with the WD ISO image, the screen remain empty and it doesn't start.
I also tried Active Partition Recovery.
With this tool, I can see the disk and the directories hierarchy but when I click in any directory, it is empty.
Though, I make an image copy with this tool on my external HDD.
At the start of this image copy, it reported a bad sector.
I am sure that almost all files are recoverable otherwise I wouldn't spend so much of your time.
There are some photos that was not saved and I wouldn't like to lose it.

If you cannot repair the HD enough to make it functional, then the next step is data recovery mode.

Try scanning with Recuva to see what it finds.

I tried Recuva v 1.42.
It failed with following error message: "invalid MFT".
I tried Recuva v 1.37 that was on my old UBCD4Win CD.
It found a lot of files but was stuck on 71%.
I will try other data recovering programs.
Do you have any recommendation ?
About WD diagnostic, I used Diag504fCD.iso, at speed 4x that was the lowest speed available.
