i'm getting a error when i reach "Completing Installation"

first of all i have Legit W7 Ultimate and i been using my same type of OS installing since 2010 until now, i think there's nothing wrong with my system rig but maybe the HDD? its "Deskstar Hitachi 250GB" 2 year old HDD, i successfully installed my OS with it 3 months ago until a problem came were it keeps restarting its self when it reaches "Windows 7 Logo" with those 4 color thing flying around i have no other choice but to reinstall my OS and heres what i got so far

#1.i reinstall the OS with 64bit when i reaches "Completing Installation" it sudden stopped i waited about 40minutes+ and error sudden pops out says "Setup has stopped due to corrupt installation file. please contact vendor"

    - this is new problem to me i dont know why im getting this error its very unusual problem i didnt get this before so

#2.i try my 2nd attempt this time its 32bit as soon as the installation completes i get an another error says something about use "SCNDSK" to check some startup errors, i reset my PC i did the "SCNDSK" after several scans finally everything is fine as it was i can use my computer, However there's one big problem most of my programs and files are only for 64bit that wont run on the 32bit that im using so i reformatted my OS again

-i knew this wasnt necessarily but i really have no choice i need to do this to save some time but i was wrong

#3.in my 3rd attempt i did the same thing as i did on 32bit (#2) believing that would work however things didn't succeeded i get the same error at "#1" yet again reformatted the driver (Drive C) and trying to install the 32bit as #2 method as usual i get the SCNDSK error and i did the same thing again but this time it wont work im out of idea i keep repeating all the methods still no success now im stuck i dont know what to do

so anyone can give me hand here? is it my HardDisk? or my OS installer? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

    Hi,

What is the source of your Windows 7 installation? Is it a DVD that you purchased?

We really need to completely wipe that drive and get a fresh start, sounds like a lot has been going on with it since it was last properly wiped and cleaned up.
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Also, if you simply enable HDD S.M.A.R.T. in your bios it will generally detect the most common failure causes for you.
It's hard to say what might be causing problems it's very possible there is conflicting data in the bootmgr. All the same the above link is the process I recommend. You will need to backup any data on the drive before doing that, it won't survive the process.

p.s. golden poses a valid question as well.

    Hi,

It sounds like a problem with that disk then, but follow the tutorial that Maguscreed posted to see if it helps.

Confirm the installer ISO and rewrite the flash stick using Universal USB Installer
    with Win7 in dropdown menu.

Did you wipe the HD per Magus' link?

Test your HD now using the excellent Hitachi Drive Fitness Test bootable extended CD scan, followed by Disk Check run from installer Repair console's Command Line.
