Floppy is not used any longer. You want to Write Disk Image. It shows how in UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive:
I think after you open the iso into the program, you go to write disc image and then select the media you want to write it to.In the drop down list select the usb and then click format and when its done click write.
How are you preparing the usb?Are you using diskpart? If so then you can directly use write in ultraiso.
Does this look correct? I also ticked the create boot partition. Is there anything I should changs in or should I click xpress boot?
Try wiping the flash stick first using Diskpart Clean All Command to zero the drive and overwrite boot code.
Then in UltraISO use the Format button followed by the Write button.
Then make the changes so you have EFI\Boot\bootx64.efi and EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Ill try the clean all command should I go ahead and create the partition on the flash drive or stop after clean all and let ultra iso do the rest?
efi\microsoft\boot\bcd should remain as it is if it appears correctly in that path.
I am quoting from SIW2's post here showing the correct paths as they should read:

Last question I hope should the write method be USB-ZIP or USB-HDD+
