You shouldn't be having all these problems on a clean install, I would look over and follow what gregrocker posted, and report back after each step.

Not this time, but the problem is that I can hardly even get to that menu because the windows is starting and setup is starting takes so long to load (like I might wait over 10 minutes at the setup is starting screen)

Then a popup came up and said widows could not retrieve information about the disks on this computer, so I pressed ok. It brought me back to the install windows screen. So I clicked install now again and got back to the setup is starting... screen. This took me to the listener terms screen and I accepted and pressed next. I then clicked custom advanced but it said no drives were found. Click load driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation. What do I do? I am really freaking out now.
The disk warning error and behavior described means HD may be bad. Test your HDD with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan and Disk Check on a full disk partition you create and mark Active following Step 2.2 in SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation .

The driver error you received most often means the installer is bad. Confirm your ISO download completed or download another, burn to disk using ImgBurn or write to bootable flash stick using UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive .

Try Clean Install Windows 7 to the partition you create above with all other HD's and peripherals unplugged. Report back results including verbatim error messages.

I don't really understand how to get my hard drive make and model as per the link gregrocker provided. Also, which switch should I use in disk check? /F?

Boot into BIOS setup, take note of the SATA controller setting which should be AHCI. Then google the listing for HDD which if a serial will tell you the make at least. Then I would reset BIOS to Defaults, setting SATA controller to AHCI, enabling Legacy BIOS and turning off any Secure Boot. This may be enough to resolve things itself.

If you can't find HD make this way or look on the actual HD via its port found by googling "[your model] + replace hard drive", then run Seagate Seatools or Partition Wizard Partition surface test

$40 is a steal, would also like to know the final price they charge you.

The hard drive is broke basically. They charge me nothing because they couldn't fix it. If I want to replace the hard drive it will be $65 +40 for installation

You can google a replacement HD for your model, and a video showing how to replace it which often only means removing a few screws from the back to slide out the old one and in the new one.

If you can't find what you need post back the exact model number and someone here will look it up for you.

After the new HD is installed follow these same steps to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

But you can also buy them for not much more off the shelf at Best Buy, Office Depot or similar, Micro Center, Tiger Direct, etc.

Replacing a HD with an SSD is the best performance improvement you can get on a laptop. This video shows how to replace with an SSD:
