Thinking of moving back to Windows 7. But I think I need SP1

I have a windows 7 professional disk but sp1 comes as an update. Windows 10 is not to good at all. Always seem to be fixing something. So how do I put SP1 on to windows 7 disc? Thank you in advance. And does it leave you with a dual boot? As I understand you haven't to format the disk.

Hello hollyoaks well it does come as an update and I would set the update settings for you to choose and keep a lookout for KB3035533 - it is the option for a 10 update and just right click it and Hide it when it comes up.

Now personally I always wipe the drive Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command before I clean install to make sure the drive is void of any remnants of what was on it but the choice is yours.
What I will say is that there are quite a few that have been on 10 and reverted back to 7 and have issues with the new install. But like I said the choice is yours.

Just download the iSO file version of Windows you need from here with SP1 already on it.

Burn to dvd at noo faster then x4 speed.
