Can't create partition or locate existing one, laptop

Sorry, I know that there are a lot of posts about this but I have tried several solutions and they didnt work, Im lost.

HP laptop DV7-2230es, NO SSD, there are two hard disks at 7200rpm.
I previously installed Windows 7 in this laptop, I think the only thing that changed is that I updated the BIOS from 1.35 to 1.45 so that could be the problem. Its an insydeh20 3.5 BIOS.

I tried to format with untouched DVD ISO of Windows 7. I removed the previous partition leaving one HDD empty, created a partition of 100GB (HDD is 320GB, so 220GB of non used space), then when clicking on next this error appears.

Im also trying a Rufus made USB, but it doesnt work either, same error.

    Could you help me, please?

    I also tried this guide:

Finally I solved it, though not through the conventional methods. This laptop has gone through a lot of use, never defragmenting or formatting since it was bought, and I installed Windows 7 as a side installation to Windows 8 (wasnt my choice, not my PC)... In short a huge mess...

So I decided to clean both drives for good... Hooked up them in my main PC via USB (SATA to USB cable) and with Partition Wizard I wiped everything and, probably what solved it, rebuilt MBR in both drives. Now Windows is finally installing normally, using an USB made with Rufus.

The only thing that is left to know is.. How to rebuild the MBR using Windows command line? I tried bootrec /fixmbr using the repair cmd in the DVD before using Partition Wizard, but it didnt work.
