    Hi Eddy,
    that indeed is lookin clean.
Now from you i need to know

The type of W7 you want to use 32 or 64 bit
    the base language
Then i post a link for the correct version.

Did you run the other 2 utilites, and if so were any errors reported.
if they came back clean then your gonna have to start from scratch, bummer, otherwise you can use the 32 bit version to perform a repair install.

    Be
Yes. Completing chkdsk now. Sfc came back no violations.
I'm not sure what version of W7 is better?

Question. If my current system is clean should I still do a reinstall? Is there something a miss with my install? Just trying to understand.

My current system is old for sure with only 3G of ram. Working on obtaining a newer board and chipset

    Thank you again.

    Hi Eddy,
Your specs are at the lower end of the W7 range for a 64bit install, it depends on what you want to use it for, it wont be a great gaming rig.
General day to day stuff wont be a problem., just less to be corrupted on a 32bit install.

Im more worried about the fact you cant download any other programs, which i mentioned earlier and is likely caused by corrupt install media and what we've fixed so far will NOT fix that, and coz i didnt look closely at the Mgadiag i didnt spot another problem it appears that the licencing store is also corrupt, but fixable.
If it was my rig i'd opt for a clean install, ALLWAYS the best way to go on multiple problems. We will more than likely spend more time trying to find out whats causing it than doing a clean install.
    Your choice tho
