hello, i have a win 7 pro machine that works perfectly but only has sp 1. i have a new piece of software that won't run unless i have sp2. i have looked absolutely everywhere to try to find it to download but no success. does anyone have a copy or a link to where i can get it ?

true ... they call it something else like roll out or something but in common parlance its sp2. and none of that stuff in th catalog will download. i tried a lot of it. and the new software guys say very specifically "you must have sp2 for this to work" . it was working with sp1 and they did an update and that killed it. its cyberghost vpn .
If you are referring to your Dell desktop that has Windows 7 SP1, please advise us what the exact 7-character service tag number on it is.
Are you its original owner, or did you purchase it refurbished or second-hand?
