subtitles in media center, especially for MKV

Hi, i tried watching some FHD movies with MKV container and it works perfectly on media center, the only downside is i can't see subtitles.

is there an add on or a setting i can use that can read external subtitle
files from the same folder as the movie and with the same file name?
