LAN internet connection problem: cannot connect for no apparent reason

Hi, i've been working on this for like 6 hrs now with no success.
The problem is, yesterday I reinstalled my windows 7 (clean install) and today I wanted to connect my second PC (running win xp) to the internet through this PC (running win 7 ultimate), no router, just internet -> my pc -> my second pc thru another internet card, but on my second PC it is shown that its connected to my first pc, yet it has no connection.
Everything was OK before I reinstalled the windows.

    The settings:

My main PC (directly connected to the internet):

    Second PC:

PORCHE is the name of my main computer, but I havent ever seen that connection before i reinstalled the windows 7. And both connections says "connected" btw.

    ipconfig:
    Code:
    removed

ah and.. I am quite convinced its a problem with my first pc, as I didnt do anything with the second pc (or at least changed teh stuff back to how it was) since it had the connection.
