How to find my windows security username and password?

Hi! I am in dire help! I just applied to college and i am trying to acess their website to log on and get started going to school. When i go to log onto the site windows security pops up and asks me for my username and password but i dont know either one of these and i really need to acess this site! How do i find out what they are so i can get on the site???? Thanks!

I am the owner but i dont remember what the username and password are. I have tried every combo possible but none of them work.

Are you refering to the site login and password for the school? Have you registered with them?

Can you post a screen capture image of this window that pops-up?
